Owner Royal Hogate has been in the construction industry for over 35 years.
Mandy, co-owner, has lived in Ridgecrest off and on throughout her life. Her background is in business, sales, and customer service. Together we are excited to offer the local community our services, expertise, and quality work.
Office Manager / HR
Mona
Mona was born and raised here in the valley. She has been with us for over 3 years. She is married and an amazing mother of 3 boys. In her free time she’s learning investments, day trading, and working towards her bachelors degree.
Office Assistant
Priscilla
Priscilla was born and raised here in the valley. She has a large extended family. She runs her own business part time, "Priscila’s Ice Cream Truck," and works part time for us. Her passions include fashion and make-up.
Field Supervisor
Justin
Justin has been a resident in Ridgecrest since 2000. He's been in the construction field for 25 years. He’s married to his high school sweet heart and they have 3 children. Justin loves fishing being outdoors and dancing like a rock star.
